Overview

This Websites Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“WP”) applies to websites (“AV Websites”) owned or operated by AssetView LLC and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (referred to as "AV", "we", "our", or "us").

Depending on your activities when visiting AV Websites, you may be required to agree to additional terms of use. The use of or activities at client.assetview.com requires such additional terms of use and are covered under the Assetview License and Terms of Service Agreement and the AssetView Products and Services Privacy Policy.

Availability

AV shall endeavor, as far as possible, to keep AV Websites accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, access to AV Websites may be temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, migration or updates, or due to breakdowns or constraints in relation with the operation of the Internet. The networks on which AV Websites’ data flow have different characteristics and capacities and can be saturated at certain times of the day, which can affect their downloading times and their accessibility. AV will not be held liable for any malfunction or inability to access AV Websites.

Intellectual Property Rights

AV is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights related to AV Websites. Any content presently displayed or made available by AV in the future, such as text, logos, images, music, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of AV, its affiliates or its suppliers and is protected by Unites States and international intellectual property law. AV's names and logos are trademarks of AV. AV's trademarks and logos may not be used for products or services that are not respectively manufactured or offered by AV, or in any way that could cause confusion in the public, or in any way that disparages or discredits AV. Accordingly, you agree not to reproduce, represent, extract and use in any way any or all of AV's trademarks, logos, or content.
