Overview

AssetView is built to be flexible so you can determine how it tracks your real estate investments. For example, if you have an ownership interest in multiple real estate properties, these properties can be aggregated as assets in an Account that represent each LLC or they may be tracked as a single asset with multiple lots. Or, if the same group of partners invests in several LLCs that in turn hold real estate assets, each LLC may be represented as a Party or you may represent the group of partners as a Party with Accounts that represent each LLC.
