Transaction Scheduler
Overview
On an Asset Detail page, you may use the Transaction Scheduler Feature, which has four options.

| Fixed Income | Creates a stream of income transactions of a fixed specified amount over a specified term with a specified frequency. |
| Fixed Expense | Creates a stream of expense transactions of a fixed specified amount over a specified term with a specified frequency. |
| Fixed Rate Income | Creates a stream of income transactions based on a specified Principal Amount (e.g. mortgage amount), fixed rate, frequency of compounding, term, issue date and payment frequency. |
| Fixed Rate Expense | Creates a stream of expense transactions based on a specified Principal Amount (e.g. mortgage amount), fixed rate, frequency of compounding, term, issue date and payment frequency. |
Transaction Detail
For each of these options, AssetView will automatically create a series of transactions. For the Fixed Rate Income and Fixed Rate Expense options, when you edit a transaction that was produced by the Feature, you will see teh amount allocated to principal repayment and the amount allocated to interest for each transaction.
